Enid’s Railroad Museum of Oklahoma pursued its vision to decorate one of its rail cars in a graffiti style often seen on trains, but in a good way. Okie Dust from Oklahoma City produced this tribute to Railroad Museum director Frank “Watermelon” Campbell in the spring of 2019 in an extremely creative way that puts a smile on your face.
