This Privacy Statement states how we, Enid Convention & Visitors Bureau (dba Visit Enid) herein referred to as “we,” collect, use, share and store information about individuals (“you”) and your interactions with the website, www.Visit Enid.org (“website”).

We collect information directly from you when you send us email or photography, complete a form on the website and electronically when you browse our website. This includes requesting literature and when you sign up to receive email from us.

By law we must ask prize winners for their social security numbers so that we can report their winnings to the IRS. When you share photos with us, we may obtain a credit line to acknowledge who owns the photo, to caption when and where the photo was taken.

We may use the information you provide to reply to your requests, to update and improve the content on our website or in our electronic communications, and to assist with marketing research. We use photos you share with us to promote vacations to Enid and the surrounding region.
