Local Coffee Shops

1. Coffee Inclination

You’d be amazed at how many beverages can come out of the small, silver trailer that is Coffee Inclination, from various types of coffees, refreshers, infusions, snacks and more! My absolute favorite drink in town is their Java Chip Frappe. You can find them at local events or seasonal markets and even get a complimentary “pup cup” for your pooch included with your drink! Aside from being parked at occasional events, Coffee Inclination is conveniently located in the Sunset Plaza next to the AT&T Store at 610 S Cleveland.

2. Da Vinci’s Coffeehouse and Gelateria

Da Vinci’s has been a well-loved coffee shop for over 20 years and currently has many locations! To go along with your beverage, you can also get creamy delicious gelato or fresh prepped snacks and lunch in their Catapult Cuisine fridges! Fun fact: they also are the owners of Cafe Volare, Catapult Cuisine, Vitruvian Coffee Roasters, and now the 65-year-old burger joint The Flamingo Lounge. I love mixing a couple flavors into a gelato shake. You can find Da Vincis at 813 S Van Buren, 525 Arthur, at Vance Air Force Base, and in the YMCA.

3. Cafe Volare

If you’re looking for a brunch place with some old-time charm, Cafe Volare is the place to be! As a local business themselves, they are proud to incorporate other local businesses within their drinks by using TJ Honey, teas from Urban Teahouse in OKC, and a special proprietary blend coffee bean by Vitruvian Coffee Roasters. I loved trying their coffee flight consisting of many unique flavors! Cafe Volare is located in Downtown Enid inside the historic Independence Tower at 302 N Independence.

4. Waymaker Coffee Co.

Waymaker is a faith-based company serving “the best cold brew and espresso this side of Heaven.” All coffee that goes out the window comes with not only a smile, but also a bit of encouragement on your cup to help you through your day. They have many options of sweet treats at the window as well. My favorite drink of theirs is the chocolate covered strawberry cold brew. Waymaker is the royal blue drive-thru trailer at 701 W Willow.

5. Sombria Coffee Co.

Sombria is your one-stop sweets shop for chocolates and coffee! They use locally roasted beans, high quality beans, and try to bring unique & new ideas to the table. My favorite is the iced German Chocolate Cake specialty drink (just as flavorful as it sounds!) Sombria is located in Downtown Enid inside of Enid Axe at 104 N Independence.

6. JT’s

A convenience store may not be your first thought when you’re craving a cup of joe, but Jiffy Trip has a surprising selection of bean-to-cup coffee, cappuccino and hot chocolate so you can be in and out with your hot cup of deliciousness and snacks in a flash! There’s a great variety of sweeteners and add-ons so you can customize your java to your heart’s delight. Jiffy Trip has two convenient locations in Enid located at 5314 W Owen K Garriott, and at 2327 W Owen K Garriott.

7. Jezebel’s Emporium & Tea Room

Here’s an honorable mention for all you non coffee drinkers! Jezebel’s has over 30 kinds of tea to choose from including white, green, black, and herbals. Even if you’re not a tea drinker, they can probably find something you’ll like! One of my personal favorites is “Grandma’s Garden” iced tea on a sunny day. Jezebel’s is located in Downtown Enid at 121 E Broadway near the antique mall.

About Enid

Since its exciting, unique beginning on that hot, dusty day in September, 1893, Enid has prided itself on its adventurous spirit. Just a two-hour drive or less from Oklahoma City, Tulsa and Wichita, Enid is conveniently located and is an ideal setting for that want-to-get-away feeling we all get.
