Pre-Planning

Site inspections of convention facilities and hotels

We’ll make arrangements for you to tour Enid hotels and local meeting facilities you can utilize during your meeting.

Tour or special event planning

Customized tours, entertainment and special group activities can be arranged.

Spouse and Youth programs

From shopping, fun tours or cooking classes to outdoor sporting activities or a trip to Leonardo’s Children’s Museum for the kids, we’ll tailor a program suited specifically to your needs.

Shuttle transportation coordination

Available to groups using Enid facilities and hotels.

Promotion assistance

We can arrange to have an Enid city official address your group. We can also make Welcome letters available.

Welcome packets
