The all day family friendly festival begins at 2 pm at the gazebo at Government Springs Park North. This year's lineup TBA A Fling at the Springs was created by Sylvan Reynolds 21 years ago as a fundraiser for the Government Springs Park. Over the years it was produced by Reynolds and a handful of volunteers and recently became a non-profit organization whose focus is supporting and encouraging live music and the arts.
