Garfield County Courthouse Lawn

The Enid Frights Up the Plains Halloween festival will be held on the Garfield County Courthouse lawn Friday, October 31, 2025 from 5-8 pm. There is no fee to attend. The event consists of businesses, organizations, groups, or people that will have booths - preferably decorated - set up on the courthouse lawn where kids can trick or treat, costume contests, a Halloween Queen pageant, a best apple or pumpkin recipe contest, and a jack-o-lantern contest. Presented by Hospice Circle of Love, the event raises awareness of the disease, honors patients and raises money for research.  All are invited to participate.
