Join the City of Enid Parks and Recreation department at Champlin Pool for the annual Doggie Dip from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. This popular event allows dogs to enjoy the hot sun and make a splash! Your dog can relax, unwind and have a good time as they mingle with local dogs. All Dogs are allowed in the pool and the event is completely free. 400 W. Cherokee.
City of Enid Parks and Recreation department will be hosting an Adult Swim Nights at Champlin from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. The pool entrance fee is $3.00 per individual per entry. Season passes will honor the entrance fee. Light refreshments will be offered at no additional charge. Concessions will be available and are cash only; no outside food or drink are allowed. The Enid Tri is a fast and flat Super Sprint Triathlon for ages 5 to 65+! The Race is located at Champlin Pool 400 W. Cherokee Ave, Enid, OK 73701, in downtown Enid, OK near the Denny Price YMCA. The Swim is in an outdoor 50-Meter pool with Wave starts based off Age Groups for youth. Adults waves are based on ability. The City of Enid Parks and Recreation department will host the 2023 Cardboard and Duct Tape Boat Race on Saturday, June 24 at Champlin Pool from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Boats must be made before the race and must be built from cardboard and duct tape. No additional building materials are allowed. Paddles must also be made out of cardboard and duct tape. Boats may be a maximum width of 60 inches (5ft) and a maximum length of 84 inches (7ft).
