Mounted on a tapered concrete base 12-1/2 feet high, 9 feet wide and 3 feet deep, the sculpture is dedicated to the annual Tri-State Music Festival held in Enid each spring. There are three life-sized music festival participants depicted – Teresa Braley, Kristy Breitenkamp and Steve Robinson. The bronze sculpture shows a robed choir singer, a horn player, and a violinist. The artist was Tasso Pitsiri (1937-1995), a Greek-born classic artist from the Enid area. It was unveiled on May 1, 1976, at the 44th annual festival.
The Tri-State Statue stands on the NW side of the lawn behind the Garfield County Courthouse facing Randolph Ave.
