There’s something magical about the holidays in Enid — where twinkling lights, laughter, and the scent of cocoa fill the air. Strolling downtown feels like stepping into your favorite Christmas movie, where every street corner glows and every smile feels like home. From the first sparkle of the season to the final skate beneath the stars, Enid captures the heart of the holidays like nowhere else in Oklahoma.

It all begins the night after Thanksgiving with Enid Lights Up the Plains, a tradition when families gather downtown for fireworks, music, the lighting of the OG&E Tree of Lights and a Christmas Lights Parade. The joy continues all season long with Holidays on Ice, our real-ice, open-air rink surrounded by the glow of downtown lights. And at the heart of it all stands The One: Bright Lights — the 102-foot Christ Tree crowned with a 20-foot Bethlehem star, its 35,000 lights dancing to music each evening on the hour.

But the magic doesn’t stop there. From carriage rides and concerts to local shops dressed in holiday charm, Enid is alive with the warmth and wonder of the season. Families find new traditions, friends make memories, and visitors discover what makes our city so special.

Come see why they say Enid feels like a Christmas movie come to life. Experience the lights, the laughter, and the love of the season — experience the Holidays in Enid.
