The NOC Diversity Committee along with National Arts & Humanities presents Connecting with Enid’s Public Art.

Featured speaker is Enid artist Kelly Tompkins, who has created several murals around Enid including Beauty of Community, Flanders’ Flowers and Bee the Sunshine.

The event is at the Gantz Student Union on the NOC-Enid campus and is free to the public.
